Shipping Costs
We are pleased to inform you that original artworks include free shipping. You can confidently proceed with your purchase, knowing there are no additional shipping charges for these items. Please note, however, that prints will incur a shipping fee. Additionally, in certain countries, customs duties may apply.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order is prepared and ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order has been dispatched. This email will also include if available tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery conveniently.

Returns Policy
If an order does not meet your expectations or if you simply changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. You can then request either an exchange or a refund.
If you receive a damaged work, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund within 14 days of the delivery of your order.
Please note that custom-made works, such as artwork commissioned by you, are excluded from returns and/or refunds.
We cover all return shipping costs.

Can custom-made works be returned?
No, custom-made works are excluded from returns.
